Nowadays, with the wide application of medical pads in the medical industry, the demand for one-time use of medical pads has
become more and more, in the face of a large number of users in the market, how to ensure the premise of one-time use of
medical pads, but also to meet the supply needs is our research problem.
We did an experiment, the formula is: degreasing 100 pounds of gauze, add 4 bars of soap (about 2.26 pounds), add 1.13 pounds
of sodium carbonate and 600 pounds of water, at the same time, add 2 grams of sodium hydroxide per 100 ml of water (that is,
alkali concentration ratio 2%).

Test method: First use the "gradual increase method", the alkali concentration ratio starts from 2%, do 1.7% test, the quality is fully
qualified. The second test (1.4%) was not qualified. Then, the third test (1.55%) was done with the "bisection method", and the
quality was still qualified. The fourth point is 1.475%, the quality is not qualified. At this point, 1.55% was determined to save the
alkali concentration ratio of sodium hydroxide, which has met the needs of production, and the test came to an end.
The experiment shows that this method can not only guarantee the product quality of the medical pad, but also reduce the
production cost, and the annual saving of sodium hydroxide can reach 7280 pounds.
